Stats are a unit's tuned potential — separate from Traits and Equipment. You shape them with Stat Reroll and Stat Lock, and they stack with every other system.

Overview
- Stat Reroll — rerolls a unit’s stat potential.
- Stat Lock — locks a stat during a reroll so it stays fixed while you improve others.
Stats interact with Traits and Equipment: a strong stat potential paired with the right Trait and good gear is what pushes a carry into endgame shape.

Stat Reroll and Stat Lock come from Challenges, Quests, the Expedition Guide, the Wandering Trader, the various shops, and bundles.
💡 Pair with traits
Don’t tune Stats in isolation. Decide your unit’s best Trait first (see the Traits page), then tune Stats to support that role.
